I fished there and caught one nice sized trout on power bait in feb. Used the first platform and put it in over the top of all the weeds. Retrieval is a bit of hit and miss with snagging a good chance but you can get it past most times. I would have thought coming into the cooler months the trout would be more active in the areas that you are allowed fish.
