I stayed at Fingal bay for a night on the way up the coast. Had an awesome session off the rocks there on metal lures.

I live up in newcastle now, the breakwall at nelson bay has been firing for luderick and bream the last few weeks and when the weather has fined up there have been quite a few reports of good sized snapper taken around that area. If you've got the time and want some fun salmon action, salts bay (just inside the heads at lake mac/swansea) is still chock full of salmon to 65cm.
