The Hoon and I fish out there quite a bit, stunning bit of country. Those are ripper fish.

Love tailor! They are such aggressive greedy fish, and so much fun on lures, poppers go well for them too if they are in the mood.
How did you go on the fluoro leader, got bitten off a few times?

I had some wire on me but didnt find the need to use it , the 40lb leader was more than sufficient. Neat little FG Knot and good to go.

Adds to the fun if you don't have to muck about with wire, and it can put them off
