Lol different types of spearfishing requires different types of guns and rigs lol my gun has a shark clip .. and a reel on it.. so if i was to go out and look fo something that huge.. id have big floats atleast 2 of them. before i tag the fish i hook my float line to my shark clip which is under my gun .. then tag it and let go of the gun and let the monster tire itself out lolol. oh and mainline is usually has another line tied to the boat haha
