bardi grubs

Post by troutman » Sat Feb 04, 2012 9:10 am

g'day all,

bardi grubs are great bait , but buying is expensive 1.50 /2.00 bucks a pop.
but knowing how hard it is to find them ...good luck to them in making a profit

but son and i are trying to track them down ie usual main trees red gums.
scrapeing the top layer off and searching holes but we are having no luck .

any advice anyone ???, i dont want you to give away your secret trees ...but just point me in the right direction /area.
i live in gisborne / macedon area

Try along a river bank, with the same technique you are already using. All the spots I know are up around Robinvale lol so of little use to you.
