Heading over to Beachport in July for the weekend to do some serious surf fishing. Just after some help with spots, baits or tips or really any help with the area.
Main targets are Salmon and Mulloway but anything in between is welcome.

And yes I've googled the place but just after some more first hand info.

Cheers.

I think from my research mulloway season has just ended. Very hard to catch now as the water cools down

I've been there once for a day trip.
Too windy to fish, but it looks like a decent area.
There's a huge pier that hosts some great fishing.
Do a little bit of googling and you may be able to find some info.

July is Prime time for jumbo salmon found on the local Beachport beaches, especially the salmon hole. Seen blokes recently pulling in 2-3kg salmon with some real monsters above 4kgs occurring on occasion. Best best would be to spin metals for them as the schools are mobile. It's all just a matter of walking and casting until you find a school. Or if you can see a school, berley up and try keep them in your area.
The Mulloway could still be around but they may be scarce. Many people target the salmon as they make great fresh baits for mulloway, sharks and rays as they will all compete for your bait, just a matter of which one finds your bait first.
