Had a great little sooty session with a couple of mates. I started off flicking around some topwater as it was reasonable early in the day and managed 1 little sooty and then changed over to try out my new Atomic Semi-Hardz.
Just last Thursday night I made a post asking if anyone had used them and by the very next day I had caught 6 nice sootys on them. They cast like a bullet but what I love about them the most is the way the minnows wobble from side to side on the drop.
I found that i got most of my hits as I cast them hard against the structure and let them sink along side it. They are made out of some super strong (yet soft) rubber too which gives the lure a more natural-like feel as it is snaffled by the fish.
