Love chasing snapper and really enjoy salmon from the surf. Never fished freshwater but wouldn't mind opening that door as well

Luderick on greenweed in Gippsland and big mulloway and snapper from the local rivers.

King George Whiting and Garfish. I haven't fished for these 2 species for a couple of years now . Also very good eating..Yum.

this is a very hard question as it's a seasonal thing and some species I have chased over the last couple of years have been a lot of hard work for littler results
as most know I fish from a kayak so bread and butter species like whiting , snapper , gummies and such are all good fun but of late off shore species have been the things I'm keen on chasing
with a few trips in open water it's really a challenge when you are fishing from a human powers craft - and of cause any pelagic species fight like 10 men

Pinkies on plastics a solid first for me followed by bream on lures.
