Hi fellas,

I'm heading down to Phillip Island for the weekend, can anyone tell how do I get to Red Point from Cape Woolamai? can't seem to find any information on the internet.

Thanks

Hi there. What you do is park your car in the woolami car park and then head back up the road a bit the way you drove in. Not far on your right you will find a entrance to a pathway. Follow that through the bushes all the way until it re opens and you can see the water.
From there take a right and keep walking until you can see some rocks in the distance.
Those rocks are your destination :) it's quite a long walk on sand so my advice is to go light.
I wouldn't be carrying 4 big surf rods and 2 kilos of bait, rod holders etc :)
Good luck

Thanks fellas! I've read and heard the spot its great but if I just have a couple of hours do you think its worth walk? looks like a massive walk from the carpark, to and back could take hours? am I better off with just fishing from Woolamai beach with the little time?
