Can some one please tell me where abouts is Red Point at Phillip Island?

Is it best fished at high or low tide?

its a long walk to get to the good spots (45 minsover rocks and through bush), if its swell over 1.5 dont risk going. also need a nw or w wind.

I think he is talking about the rocks at cleeland bight, cape woolmai :thumbsup:
