Kingfish

Post by barra mick » Wed Nov 14, 2018 11:31 am

Snuck out yesterday for a few more snapper but was slightly disaponted to find two boats anchored up very close to were I had caught snapper on my 4 trips prior

I wasnt surprised cause I heard there was 3 boats there the day before as well...you would only find this spot f you knew how to use yr sounder, sheer luck or by loose lips.

So I stayed well clear and headed to the Rip....I had some luck and managed to find a school off kingies twice.both times I landed one fish .

It's my favorite salt water fish to eat (from vic)by a mile

Bm

I've just tried to add more photos but its says file to large...can we fix this zo it's simple to load pics.cause fish stories without pics aren't the same.

Nice work BM. Kingfish and gummys have to be my favorite.

Did you get the kings on jigs or baits?

Cheers, Anth

Hahaha they're around, the youngbloke hooked one at Mornington about 2 1/2 weeks ago, there was also a video posted later that week on facebook of a school cruising around the boat ramp area at Mornington.

a quick way if you didn't want to go through MS paint to minimise size of file, is to email it back to your self and there should be a pop up that asks you what size pic you wanna send.
