I did few charter trips, lots of $$, time and effort, hoping to at least one king. Donut....

Hey , got passed on some info about a year ago on a spot in Corio Bay, that suppose to have kings come in from time to time.
Catch on lures ect
Have not tried spot yet...

It's no secret and I mentioned this in the past, it was an article in a fishing mag complete with pictures of the fish, the Kings run up and down the explosive jetty from first light to sun up, trolling bibbed lures do the damage, when you get a hook up steer away quickly to open water so the rats don't drag you into the pylons, they have been there for years but picking the morning they turn up is a raffle.
* PROBLEM * is you get moved on very quickly as this is a restricted area ! Yes you get moved on by security on the pier and then by boat if you refuse.

The explosives pier I referred to may be the same pier as point henry you referred to Nudie ? I'm not familiar with the area..

No 2 different piers point Henry the Alcoa pier the ammunition pier is point Wilson opposite side of the bay
