the silverfish should be at any bait shop. the maggots if you want to buy them you can buy at fishing fever. but they are easy enough to grow yourself. just throw some chicken in a bucket go check it in a week and its full of maggots

Either Frankston or somewhere close to lang lang? I'm in between both, but don't fancy an hour and a half drive after work just to get some bait fish :p
