Night raidings
Who said plastics don't work in the dark? Been getting a few each 1-2 hour long trip for the last few months. Upgrading size is easier said than done though

Re: Night raidings
Nice! Do you bother changing colors (plastics) after dark or do you just stick with the one?

Re: Night raidings
I've always found black/dark plastics work better at night, as long as there is a little light on the surface of the water. I see people using bright white and florescent colours so they can see their lure in the water, but the fish is not standing above looking down into the water - the fish is on the bottom looking up toward the light source, so darker colours give a better silhouette than lighter ones.

Re: Night raidings
Absolutely nothing on surface. Waters been real filthy for the past month and the fish are hugging the bottom pretty tight. Like Aaron said darker works best, brightest I use would be a clear with bright silver flecks or an opaque grey an usually change 2 or 3 times depending how thick and fast action is.
