New to Melbourne

Hi all I'm new to Melbourne and I'm a Keen fisho. I have heard many stories about port Philip bay and it's fishing and would love to get out and try my luck. I don't have a boat but if your keen on taking me out with yourself for a fish I'm happy to pay my way. And if there are any land base fishos willing to show me around that would be great.
