Flounder fishing

I would like to do some flounder fishing if someone can help me that would be great. I do have the flounder light and spear already so I was wanting help as to the next step,when to go what to do? :D :water:

Anywhere from mordialloc to frankston, try around the patterson river mouth. Go on the incoming tide and you should do ok. Big flathead come in the shallows as well, watchout for stingrays too.
