Good night! Spun up a few!

Post by AVG_Fisho » Tue May 27, 2014 6:56 pm

Had a fish Tonight at Spot X, wasn't fishing for too long when a school of salmon finally rocked up i casted my slug into the thick of them hooking a fish a cast , landed 9, dropped 5 at the rocks as it was hard to dead lift them with the 8lb line and lost one on the rocks in the darkness trying to bleed them after i decided i had enough fish so no point trying to catch more.

Smallest going 38cm and biggest 46cm, i guess you can say i had a fun night giving the new sephia au rod a work out, its right at home on the sambos!

Cheers.

Well done mate, I don't think I could have left while they were still biting.

Thanks guys, they were great fun, took a good 3 minutes to land each fish, as soon as they were near the rocks they were out of there, then the struggle of getting them up there.

I had a ball.
