Re: Amount of forum sections and sub-sections
I think ducky's suggestion is the good mid point between too many and too little sub forums.....ducky wrote:I think a simple start would just be to combine a few suburbs/sections that are close to each other separated by the major boat ramps. cover CBD-St Kilda, Elwood - Mordy, Chelsea - Frankston, Mornington/Mt Eliza - Dromana, Mcrae - Pt Nepean.
That's 20 subsections cut down to 5 whilst still being not a massive distance between each end of the sections.

Re: Amount of forum sections and sub-sections
Ok folks, I have more than halved the sub-forums in these sections:
Melbourne Fishing Reports - Port Phillip Bay and Mornington Peninsula
- Western Port Bay Fishing Reports
- Geelong, The Great Ocean Road and the Bellarine Peninsula Fishing Reports
I am not going to separate it into Saltwater/Freshwater reports as I think that is too broad.
It's a start!
Have a gander...any other suggestions?

Re: Amount of forum sections and sub-sections
I would like to see separate sub-forums under 'Other Species', e.g. a specific sub-forum for Redfin, one for Carp, one for Salmonids, etc
Winners forget they're in a race. They just love to run.

Re: Amount of forum sections and sub-sections
We don't want too many sub-forums, I think what we have now is a good middle ground

I'm really not fussed , I just view the active topics mainly anyway. Unless I'm looking for something specific, or posting a topic.
