Went out last night with afew friends,..

A mate managed to hook up something couldnt I.D it..

it was bout 35cm long. real weird looking lol :shocker:

Rock Cod for sure! stinky things!! :yucky: Rock Ling are also similiar, we used to catch heaps out from Stony Point in Westernport.

Smell like shite some people like to eat them. Common in Bass Strait mainly in shallow to about 50mtrs. Some people call them Ling but don't confuse them with Pink Ling which are excellent eating fish.
