Anyone know what this is?

Looks a bit like a wrasse but I've never seen one with the big spines like that. Those are the main reason I couldn't get a clear picture, I didn't want to grab it and hold it in place in case they were venomous.

Caught just out from the Walkerville South beach in 3-4m of water using squid on a size 2 circle.

Caught a few of these in the Western entrance. Feisty little buggers, and look spectacular.
