Fish ID - Red Reef Fish?

Hi Guys,

Anyone know what this is picked it up of Blairgowrie easter weekend?? It had two yellow fins under its chin, almost like a goatee.

thats interesting,.. i might just spear them next time then lol i see like acouple in each reef all the time
