Seperate mate. A lot of people use Apple for pork. Personally I never found it gave much. Very mild.

Cherry wood works really well for beef and lamb. It’s what I used to use in the gasser when I wasn’t using hickory.

I use ironbark in my stickburner. Haven’t put other woods in it yet. Really nice allrounder

Barmah Pete is cutting down a PEACH tree, next Saturday.
Looks to be about 15ft, with a 5ft high x 6" trunk
Does anyone want the wood ????

Thx for raising this thread again Tex.. a timely reminder to get a few salmon at the gunna shortly to smoke up !

No doubt the usual motley drew from here will be down there thrashing the water to foam with their favorite missiles ! :thumbsup:
