Which fish are good for eating, and which do you never eat?

I'm sure some of this will be a matter of taste, but it seems like certain fish people just don't eat - like carp for example.
A lot of fish i wouldn't recognise so i might throw back some delicious dinner because i don't know what it is!

I might add that i put back most of what i catch.

Actually the Kung Fugu is a delight if you know how to butter it up!

I usually cook fish wrapped up whole on the bbq, so my filleting skills are pretty rusty..

Fresh or saltwater, although i guess there is a lot more variety in the sea so more likely i'll catch something i don't know anything about.

I have eaten yakka as sashimi, it is actually pretty good, but I dont go out of my way to do it, I just use them for bait. I wouldnt say dont ever try it tho, the Japanese rate them pretty highly.
