Luckily for me, Dougie stuck to his squid, and donated a pinky to me. So I baked it up chinese style. Yum. a bit of coconut rice and some herbs...

Alright heres a few meals over the past few months. The smoker has been a bit of a learning curve and I still have plenty to learn. Eg the trout could have been in for bit longer etc. But I tell you what it produces some pretty nice food that's for sure

The other meal is the result of a flounder/gar session a few weeks ago. Will definitely go for gars again. Will save the flounders for others.

Just gotta work out my temps BM but yeah I'm pretty happy with it. Has converted me to some otherwise average tasting fish. Salmon / snapper etc
