Been eating plenty of fresh calamari over the past few days!
Had nice calamari rings and chips and salad the other night and tonight the missus made me nice stuffed calamari hoods with a tasty risotto! Topped off with a nice wine it didn’t get much better

Well well well Mr LX it's late on Sunday night, I'm a single bloke and I should be thinking of Honey Babes , , , , but now thanks to you , , , , I can only think of , , , , Squid , , , ,

Great looking dishes LX :thumbsup: , I've never really ventured into full "metal" jacket Squid cooking, but that looks awesome. Definitely going to give that a go.

Move over Chef Seb, there's a Lightningx in the House , , , , well, kitchen

Long time between drinks on this forum. Nice cooking Seb. Love that snapper. Here’s a trout from earlier in the year. Went pretty well.

Great looking platter there ducky, it does look very appealing.

I can cook to make things edible , , , , but the more I see you guys presenting delicious delights, my cooking is starting to look more and more like prison food , , , ,
