Tex, That's good info, I was getting mine from a crowd that is country Victoria, that have every combination you could think of smoking wood, They also sold a variety of smokers, from fish to red meat variety........Cant remember what type of wood I have ( been that long since I was fishing) but any of it is great stuff, just depends on what tickles your taste buds as far as flavour goes......

When you say apple and cherry is that a mixture blend of the two or woods used separately ?
