The Tandaco seasoning is tasty, I make my own variation, plain flour, fine breadcrumbs, salt, white & black pepper, chilli powder, Chinese five spice and garlic powder.

Tandaco stuff is great. Also, tenderize in milk 12 hours before hand then straightbfrom milk into seasoning and fry in peanut oil. Amazing
