Best way too prepare KGW
I have a huge batch of fresh KGW fillets.. what is the best way to cook them? Grilled? Fried? Thanks!
Of course I talk to my self while fishing.. sometimes I need expert advice! :fishing:

I reckon fried in beer batter but simply grilled in seasoned flour on the bbq's pretty good to.

Miss Shimano KGW are probably one of the best eating fish you can get in Vic my preference is to either grill with just a little lemon or pan fry in coconut oil. Preferably I try to limit the amount of catches I crumb or batter due to health reasons.

Ensuring all the bones have been disposed.
Dusted lighty with flour, covered in whisked egg and coated in PANKO breadcrumbs.
Fried in a shallow pan making sure the oil is hot, 1 min max on each side.
Topped with salt, pepper and squeeze of lemon. All time best eating fish.

vegatta blue can season any fish with a sprinkle of that after cooking, same goes for chips an ****, an if you like spicy asian marts will have a shrimp chilly salt that is the shat. but you dont want to see what i do with fish lmao i bath it in a chily satay an oven bake the following morning ones ass is on fire

Lightly floured and shallow fried is my favourite. Couple of minutes both sides.. perfect.
