do they taste more like mussels or scallops?
PB- Snapper 55cm, Whiting 38cm, Flathead 55cm, Bream 38cm, Australian Salmon 55cm, Carp 80cm

Returned from Venus Bay yesterday, and used Vinnhi's recipe tonight. :cook2:

Very nice, and better tasting than a lot of restaurants I've eaten at :a_goodjob:
