For various reasons I haven't been doing any fishing but decided that I needed to round of a top day with a session down at a new spot that I have been wanting to try for a while but been a bit lazy. Well must say that it's a very relaxed area and there are fish about but they are art range and not in close or they weren't this evening :D
I was using my Century T800 and Squall 15 throwing a 150 gram lead into a reasonable northerly cross wind, Bait was the ever reliable Pilchard mounted to a 4/0 Circle . I was also using one of the Gemini Bait and sinker clips and this allowed hassle free casting .
Only hook the one fish for the session but was happy with that as well as watching how the T800 tip registered the bites from the small fish at range :D
Will be nice baked in the oven for lunch
Getting back out :-)
