Makes it easy to discribegreggo wrote:If you dont want to drive anywhere, Middle Beach at Merimbula has it all.
To the far right of of the beach is a headland; crays, abs, Kingys (balloon), Bream Snapper, Salmon, Taylor...etc.
Along the beach; Salmon, Taylor, Bream, Shark.
The headland at the left of the beach holds the same fish as the right headland.
Good luck.

Re: Merimbula Fishing Advice
North tura beach was a top spot for spinning from the beach for nice salmon and lots of tailor. Only like a 15 minute drive I think it was from Merimbula went there several times and always got into plenty of fish.

cheers everyone who responded
I'd like to have a go at a kingy with livebait and a balloon there.. can anyone point me to the sort of rig I'd need? I have a Torium 20 reel with 40Ib mono, a TCurve Bluewater spin rod, but how would I need to set up my terminal tackle?
