Thanks for the great welcome. And yes it is Hampton near Brighton. I'm originally a Perth lad so used to enjoy searching the swan river for some mulloway. Now I'll be happy to reel in some snapper for dinner. Any advice on a good bait and tackle shop nearby?

southern sports fishing in Black Rock its a lot cheaper than complete angler and a great little shop

Hi Glenn, I'm in Sandringham and off to the sandy breakwall behind the yacht club on this evenings high tide (monday)
Fishing is a bit sporadic atm but expect it to get better as the weather settles and water warms.
