Hey All
G'day folks
I'm Scott, just purchased my first Half cabin, so I thought, what better way to catch up with what's going on, than to join up. I'm a Truckie, so I work away all week, I needed some stress relief from over regulation, and dodging idiots all week at work. Has been several years since I've thrown a line in the water, I spent about 15 years fishing Purrumbete, Eildon, Jamieson, and up the Hawkesbury. I love freshwater fishing, there are really fond memories of watching big big Rainbows jump off Hoses Rocks at Purrumbete in the rain, always out of reach of any of our lines. Planning on getting out to Eildon regularly, and out into Westernport after some gummies eventually.
See ya's out there!

It's an exhilarating feeling catching a fish
But it's an even better feeling releasing them

Cheers bud, I bought a 1996 Swiftcraft 4.6m with a 2006 Mercury 75hp. Good sized boat for Eildon, and Westernport I reckon. I'll post a pic as soon as I figure out how to!Mattblack wrote:Hey Scott, good on you for joining the forum....what sort of boat did you end up choosing?

Re: Hey All
Sounds perfect for what you want...pretty quick and should keep you dry if it gets sloppy. Looking forward to your reports :thumbsup:Shacor wrote:Cheers bud, I bought a 1996 Swiftcraft 4.6m with a 2006 Mercury 75hp. Good sized boat for Eildon, and Westernport I reckon.
