Hi All
I know it's quite a few months away but I'm staying in Frankston south for approx two weeks in early August. I'm relatively inexperienced but have fished off the beach at Copacabana mainly for Bream using worms in November with some success (to my amazement) and apart from that fished near Gladesville in Sydney using sp since then.
I'll be bringing surf rod and 7ft with me - any advice on where best to fish and with what rod and bait would be appreciated
Thanks
Frankston South

Re: Frankston South
You could try from Mornington pier mate or if your feeling a bit more adventurous, the rocks from mount martha cliffs have done well from mount martha with catching squid, pinkies, kgw and flatties.

You can spin for salmon off the Frankston Pier. Might be worth checking out the beach at Davey's Bay, too. Mornington is also a short drive. Balnarring and Merricks aren't too far away if you're interested in gummy sharks.
