She went off last night! Spent an hour and half for just one fish. On sunset and heading back from the rocks I got a decent hit and landed a nice salmon. Next cast, same thing. And again. And again. And again. Carried in till it got dark and they quickly disappeared. Mad fun. Couldn't believe it. Mate of mine fished up the beach for two hours, didn't get a hit. Right place, right time and all that.

Soaked some fresh bait in WP afterwards for a massive Skate. Properly massive too. Struggled to get her back. No other bits though on an incredibly cold night.

Hit her up at sunrise, took a while, but full on when we find them, rock and roll.. Adam did better than myself, I still had the 4/0 single on, which proved a little big for the fish on offer..plenty of fish once you find the schools..

Hit the sand at about 630 met up with Carl, once we found them was the usual manic action. Great morning to be out and nice to get a few.

Pretty much mate.. went back this arvo, didn't fire at all, big tide produced a biggish swell, the bloody seal probably didn't help matters either..
