Adam Niroj, Reece and myself hit the Gunn this morning..got a few nice fish, no big patches, but we all got a few. Looking forward to this arvo now...

Hi Carl, well done. . We are the 2 Asian guys fishing next to you. I was in assist hook and managed to land the fish whilst my friend lost 3 on treble... one is better than donut esp when we see you catching left and right of us...

The master strikes again! I was down at portsea pier yesterday arvo, hoping the sambos or squid would turn up, no one got anything at all that I saw, was a cracking day for it though.

That can be frustrating mate, I did recognize your self and the younger lad...
What line rating is on that rod of yours.?..looked very soft in the action for whats required down there tbh, and some of the fish we were getting were on the outer part of the retrieve, so you need to really lash the cast to get out to them...The younger lad kept putting the rod straight in the air once he hooked up, I did talk to him about that lol..the assist singles are definately better than trebs, I'm just too lazy to set up the dacron line to the single...
