Yea that’s what I thought I have fished 40 k heaps an it was ok and fished 100 k when I were little

This is salmon weather if you can find some clearish water to cast into. Surf beaches are out, but it woudln't suprise me to hook one anywhere between the patto and portsea.

Plus you'll cast a slug a freaking mile.

Yea you would be able to bomb them out a mile even with small slugs

Jus about every location until you got to Sorrento, would be wind in your face, generally that doesn’t help with casting. Or am I missing something outside.

Ok if you go by the app, thought there was more westerly in it, when I went outside.
Probably a few more spots that would be ok, than what I was thinking.

Weather predictions are fickle, I was at st Leonards last Saturday night (last week) and wind was suppose to be under 10 knots through the night.. at approximately 10 pm it blew up to 20 and beyond.. saw the coast guard towing in a small half cab back to the ramp and it was disappearing in the swell..
