Released a load, gave some away, even let other people have a go winding in lol...mad, mad evening. First four casts, four fish. Kept a total of thirteen, all in the 1.5 bracket, biggest going 1.7.

Holy shirtballs dude, I got the pic on the phone and didn't realise how big they were. At Gunnamatta?

Yup. Maddest I've ever seen it. Spoke to Oatsy, he'd been there for a few hours, said the whole beach was the same...couldn't lift his arms...lol

That's great! Good work Carl, a spot 15 minutes in the car from me was good on the Salmon tonight.
Lots of Good reports of salmon in the last 4 or so days!

I have **** to do allllll freaking day tomorrow. I got a few this morning so i'm happy. But that's a seriously good haul.

Nice! Haven't seen many caught lately but I haven't been on the forum for a while.

I was down at gunnamatta about a month ago first time properly surf fishing got a doughnut but got a hook up and lost it :(... But I did catch a few draughties! And seen a nice gummy caught.
PB's (most are estimates no brag mat) Carp 40cm, Redfin 35cm, Silver Trevally 27cm, Eel 1m+, Mullet 25cm, Sand whiting 20cm.
Wish list: Rainbow and Brown Trout, Bigger Redfin, Gummy Shark, Estuary Perch and Snapper
