Queenscliff pier

Post by Kenle » Thu Jan 03, 2019 6:22 pm

Went last night to Queenscliff pier with a mate for a few hrs targeting squid. Slow going but we got our bag, although most are small there are some good hoods in amongst the bag. Lost couple kraken to the seal while rushing it in, but that's his territory and we are his guess so cant complain.

The shimano sephia in white size 3.0 and natural colors in brown and green size 3.0 did most of the damage. I sometimes wonder if we submerge a life size blow up figure of a shark or killer whale, it might deter these seals and keep them far away lol I have a pool toy of similar specifications, worth a try :-D
