Just picked up a Garmin Striker 7sv from BCF
2 Weeks ago was $799
Last week was $719
Yesterday was $639 - Bought it.

Everyone is running them and the lowrance hook series out to replace with striker plus and hook2 models.

Can pick up a striker plus 7sv for $700. If you don't need/want Wi-Fi, quickdraw or use of active captain app then saving $60.80 is decent

Is that a combo unit GPS and sounder?

Does not have GPS Function but has Tracking Function which shows path you have travelled as well as your location as well as side view Sounder.

I've been eyeing off that one for a couple weeks now, saw the 20% off for weekend only but couldn't afford to get it so soon.. :(. Recommend? Really wanting to make the right decision here
