United in Hastings still cheapest, the Coles and Woolies stations there are expensive, the 7/11 as you come into Hastings is ridiculously expensive, dunno why anyone goes there
Been filling up at the United one for years with no issues, they get hit often with drive-offs and had a few burglaries this year.
Cheapest and one where I fill up when I work in the city two days a week is the Woolies in Seaford at the supermarket, although in saying that they are all very high atm at around 136c/lt, I only put 15lt or less in at this time until it hits rock bottom again.
Ridiculous fuel system we have in Asutralia. and we all roll over and take it.

Re: Boat fuel, where u go to fill up...9nly
ive always used premium fuel in my cars, partly due to owning a few imported cars that needed 100ron fuel.
with the boat im usually filling up at my locals and so far its been ok, i used to use 98 in the boat as well, but realise they only need 87ron as per manufacturer specs, so 91 it is from now on.
reason i used 98 in boat was i was thinking its got cleaning properties as per the ads on TV so must be good for the 2 stroke carby as well, not sure if it actually did anything tbh..

Apco in Morris road Hoppers Crossing is always the cheapest and last to raise prices.
They still had $1.07 3 days after Shell went up to $1.38.
I only use the 4 cents off, for the beema
They have gas & diesel, but the highest octane is only 95 Ron.

Never fill your boat or car if they are delivering fuel it stirs up the sediment. Years ago my boat and car got a dose from I think it was the Caltex in Drysdale but couldn't prove it $2000 to fix my car and I had to pull my fuel tank and carby to clean them . As mick said fuel filters are cheap I check mine regularly

Re: Boat fuel, where u go to fill up...9nly
I always add some Stabil when I fill up, seems to run better with it in and holds me over in-between to stop the fuel going stale as well. Alberton Marine suggested it.
Shell owned servos always seem to be the first to put the price up & last to bring it down. I fill up at Woodside which is a privately owned shell and they are often the same price or cheaper then Melb.
