It's just the vibe of it nude up, it's mabo. That sensation you get as it feels like the boat slows once it's airborne is magic. And if it lands sweetly just makes you want to do it again, and again and again. Except if you end up near vertical, then it's an oh **** moment.

I wouldn't want 22° under it fp unless it wasn't used much at anchor and had a penchant for seriously pushing it. 19° or 20.5° like the cruise craft 485 would be as much deadrise I'd want on such a little boat
