Extremely cheap considering other places.

Is that like a big wearhouse like or open yard?

He does have large shedding but low, and plenty of room in the yard. Code for elec gate.
Owner is a fisho and lives on the property

Thanks for the replies! I'd want a boat that is able to go fishing around Clifton Springs area. Nothing flash, but something that does the job. I've got no prior experience with boats but just recently thought I should consider them!

I started in a 4.5 half cab that cost me $1100 .
Was Good for Clifton springs, even went for kings in the rip.
You don't have to spend big bucks.
Pick nice days till you get some experience.

Just be caution you get what you pay for these days.
Possibly cheaper boat mite have old motor with issue or issues coming, micro holes and crossion in the hull and more wear and tear and older electronics.

But there are still good deals out there.
