Na we leave the ducks alone. There are heaps down the end of the street so dont want to give the old bags anything else to complain about lolbarra mick wrote:Oh yes...smile0784 wrote:Shes a short haired Labrador lolbarra mick wrote:Great looking golden retrivier

Re: Out riggers.finally installed
How would I go if I cut a big half circle from this hard plastic it's about 8mm thick and put under the lower inch of the bracket to raise the angle up?Nude up wrote:I think you may want to rotate them a little to get more height the look almost parallel to the water line and could possibly dig in when the boat rocks
I can use the angle grinder to taper the top edge and do 2 layers

I don't have outriggers and not sure if they "click", "fix" into the down or up positions or if they "rest" in the down position. But I do know about geometry and fixings/brackets.
I don't believe rotating the bracket would fix your problem depending on how the outrigger is fixed in the "out" position.
But yes, a wedge bracket will raise the outrigger when it is extended but has pit falls, that is because it would then also do the same to it in the upright position.
Making the "wedge bracket/spacer" is going to be easy but again has pit falls in fabricating it.
How do they click into the down position
Cheers, Bugatti
