Fuel tanks in cars have been plastic now for decades, so I wouldn't see splitting being a problem, and if it's made properly, (to Australian standards) you shouldn't have any problems, on the condensation issue, I think it comes down more to air volume inside the tank, so full tank, less condensation, empty tank, more condensation. And as boat tanks are fully vented, moisture in the air is more of a problem, but then you have the fuel going off issue to deal with, just gunna have to use the boat weekly to make sure that doesn't happen, just have to explain that to the wife now :(
