Hi Sinse, Sorry for delay in replying, been real busy at work.
I haven't actually thought about colour yet, I knew some were better than others, but wasn't sure.
My LED on the rocket launcher is a sealed unit, and Air traffic control at Avalon have given me two warnings when I fish that side !!
It's a great light for basically making it day time out the back, but geez it's got some candle power. I left it on once fishing Altona with another boat, we launched at St kilda, traveling back he phoned me and said he couldn't follow me with that damn light on ! I't serves a purpose but not for letting your eyes adjust to night fishing. SO, as long as the floor is lit up, and around the bait board, maybe a gunnel pocket or two, I recon that's all I will need. I hate tripping over things when fishing at night. But I will look into colours, for sure...

That's fair enough. The red light is good for keeping on while fishing and still being able to see into the darkness because your eyes don't need to adjust. Usually people use both. I'm pretty sure you can get most LEDs in red as well

Things are going slowly along. difficult finding spare time at the minute.
Finished off bait well lids at the back, fitted new bollards and am fitting a new rod holder in the gunnel specifically for the down rigger.
Having difficulty re routing the fuel filler to the gunnel, was in the motor well before ( ridiculous).
Got one side of the boats shelf boards ends restored and re carpeted, currently doing the other side.

Adequate size for a boat. Nice wooden structure, makes it look classic.

Been a while,
life has thrown some curve balls, But managed to plod on a bit with the money pit.
Now, to try an remember how the frig to post a Pic on here.......
This could take a while.........
Added bulk heads and re speckle flow coated right throughout inside.
Most electrical items fitted off, a few more to do.
Fibre glass box seats replace the old pedestals, new comfortable seats.
Dash holes filled in and re gelcoated along with engine well area.
Having difficulty re sizing to post photo's, will continue to try..

Ok, another view, probably need to take a few more photo's, don't think I have a complete up to date one.
Basically, have a deck wash pump, bilge, and fuel filter to fix off, then re fit anchor winch,
Then it's full steam on the complete re wire.
I'll try another.
Think this was before the first photo...... but ya get the idea....
