Hey mate, iv been down this path many a time but on a 200hp motor so gussing it would be more noticeable on a larger donk.. what it does is creates cavitation (small air bubble pockets in the water thrust by the prop) this drops performance a fair bit and if it’s a real bad ding it will throw the whole thing out of balance and vibrate to the shithouse at higher RPM.. my tip would be get a new one and keep that as a spare, it will still work but not as it should

Aluminium props are pretty cheap especially for smaller motors, think my last one was around $250 that’s for a 200hp 4 blade prop with new hub kit included

That prop can be repaired, I would buy a new one get that one repaired and keep it as a spare.

Cost you as much to have it repaired as a new one iv tried many times, only ones worth repairing are brass ski boat props or stainless props due to how much they cost.. you’ll have a whole different boat on your hands with a new one mate, won’t know yourself
