Yeah well after a mishap at mulwala n leaving my boat up there (lucky I got a mate in Yarra) I thought it’s better to get new with warranty than waiting around to find a second hand one

Just the rear one mate but they work a treat especially when retrieving by yourself in sh!t conditions.

You caught me out, it may have happened a couple of times, don't tell anyone

I was up the Murray the other week, launching the tinny, backing down and the rope came loose and the boat started drifting off, my lazy knot came undone, had to go for a dip 13 degrees in my jocks, couldn't get in, had to use the motor for a ladder.
Now that was a first......
Yes I had to get into eildon last weekend to bring the boat back around and n to the back roller as I said I’ll never again forget my waders when fishing in winter
You need to learn how to drive your boat on the trailor big hav

Save yourself a shitload off time and dont get wet
Don’t have a drive on trailer tho
You can drive your boat on any trailor

Just have a few goes and you will be fine.

Then just step off the front and winch on

Wont take u long to get it figured out

Once you learn to drive on you will not winch again.
But it takes some practice...

My first time I had about 12 attempts before somehow getting it on.
These days I am a little bit better than the early days.

If the boat is new (steering and throttle mainly) then it will be a bit harder to find tune throttling and steering.
Once they are worn in a bit they are a lot easier to manage.

For me at The start I stuffed up by not keeping the outboard straight when driving on. Learnt the hard way...
