They are a great hull bowl but you could probably throw the motor away... I have had 4 johnnos and Ive had to do something major to everyone of them, 3 of them powerheads and the 4th a rebuild which I never did, just got rid of it

I had one for 4 yrs did heaps of fushinin of Bermagui in it-Left it at a Mates place there-Pulled in some monsters on it
Rides well did have a bit of trouble with the Johnno oil injection-Motor 2 old now but hull is kool

The problem with the dominators is they were only rated to 115hp but everyone would overpower them and then complain when they split the hulls.
Powered correctly they are a nice riding boat
