Primer bulb should be after fuel filter...
Some tanks pressurise in hot weather, generally caused by poor tank ventilation. Check breathers to make sure they are ok.
This is another reason I hated sealed in tanks...can't see what's going on

Finally got around to changing the fuel bulb to after the seperator filter and fills up much faster. Will give the boat a run on Wednesday and see how it goes. Thanks heaps for that.
